The AV Dudes offer an upgraded white glove delivery option. This is available for Large Appliances & TV's over 49".
White glove delivery includes the following:
- 2 man delivery team
- Narrower delivery window
- Unboxing TV, powering on, and inspecting for damage
The biggest benefit of the white glove service is being able to test the product upon delivery to make sure it is not damaged or defective so you can refuse the shipment.
This will save about 14 days in the replacement process since a replacement TV can be shipped out right away. It will also save our customers from having to be stay home another day for the drivers to pick the damaged item up again.
