This system replaced an existing Samsung sound bar. The install was easy and the smart things App made the configuration a snap. A nice surprise was that this soundbar mounting bracket spacing was identical to the existing Samsung sound bar. So it fit right over the existing mounting screws. Huge.

Was skeptical at first because of the lower price as compared to their peers. Ordered the Samsung HW-Q990F for my bedroom and got it in just a few days. Super easy to install and sounds amazing. I immediately ordered a second one for my living room and had the exact same experience. You can’t beat the price and fast shipping. Great experience from my side. Would definitely do business with again.

The Samsung 990f arrived as promised: new unit, on time, factory packaging. Others have claimed in Google reviews that the reseller (actual reseller is iElectrica) sells gray market products (e.g. not meant to be sold in USA) and that the reseller is not an authorized Samsung retailer and, as a result, Samsung will not honor warranty claims. Maybe this is true, maybe it’s not. All I can say is that I paid hundreds less than the previous model, it arrived brand new and undamaged, was beyond easy to set up, and the sound far exceeds my expectations. After returning two very expensive systems that nowhere lived up to their cost (Ambeo Plus w/sub) and JBL 1300x) I can tell you this blows them both away — especially the new subwoofer. That alone far exceeds what I was expecting.
